The primary functions of the Member Services Division are to help members acquire knowledge and information by developing programs to keep members abreast of industry topics and developments. This division is involved with identifying and updating all resources for members, and performing the following specific duties:

Annual Meeting
One of the main functions of the Member Services Division is to plan an informative and educational Annual Meeting. In even numbered years the event will be planned in conjunction with the Processing Techniques Seminar (PTS), and in odd years a Supplier Showcase will be held.
