Quality Methodologies on the Production Floor

Producing consistent parts requires a number of best practices and utilizing quality tools at the point of manufacture to evaluate sources of variability and confirm quality of parts produced. This presentation will look at key manufacturing steps, such as material prep, temperature control, and mold prep, and the impact when things go wrong. It will also overview potential methods for evaluating production at the manufacturer level, such as confirming ratio, material quality, moisture and NCO titrations.
